PAYMENT: The total amount of your stay is charged in full at the time the reservation is confirmed; We are unable to hold/reserve rooms without payment. Accepted payment methods include debit, credit (VISA/MC/DIS/AMEX), cashier's check, money order, or cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will be issued a refund on your booking minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days or less from the date of stay will be charged the full amount of the booking and are non-refundable. Changes to the reservation within this 30-day window, including moving the date and/or a reduction of nights, are not permitted.
CHECK-IN: 4:00pm; Please note we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and your door access code will not work before then.
CHECK-OUT: 10:00am
DAMAGES/THEFT: A security deposit of $500 will be held until evaluation of the property after departure. Any damages and/or theft will be assessed at that time. We reserve the right to retain the security deposit charge any additional losses assessed.
PROPERTY SECURITY: Pleaser note that a $100 fee will be charged upon checkout if the property is left unsecured. This includes any doors or windows left open and/or unlocked.
CHILDREN: If traveling with children, please inquire about our age policy before making a reservation.
PET POLICY: We do not accept pets at this time. Violation of this policy will result in the loss of the $500 security deposit.
EVENTS: Events are prohibited. Visitors to the property are not permitted without advance and explicit permission from the guest manager. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination from the property and a loss of $500 security deposit.
WEDDINGS: A wedding package is required for all bookings that include the use of our space for wedding day bridal party or groom party preparation. This includes permission for hair/makeup and photography onsite. Wedding bookings made without booking the wedding package is subject to cancelation. Please contact us for more information regarding wedding bookings.
SMOKING: Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A $100 smoke cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking inside is determined.
OTHER: No candles or open-flame items inside. No real flower petals on fabrics or linens.
